Our Story

A Nantucket Tradition of Quality & Care

When The Diamond Door opened its doors on Main Street in 1987, the goal was simple: to offer Nantucket homeowners a showroom where quality craftsmanship and genuine expertise could help them find the perfect door for their home.

Nearly four decades later, that commitment remains unchanged. We are a locally owned and operated business, deeply rooted in this community. Our showroom on Main Street features an extensive collection of entry doors, interior doors, windows, and millwork from the most respected manufacturers — each piece chosen to meet the unique demands of island living.

Whether you're a homeowner updating a seasonal property, a builder working on a new coastal project, or a designer seeking the perfect fixture, we welcome you to visit us. We believe the right door does more than secure a home — it welcomes you home.
